Why we exist
Strata management in Australia is held together by spreadsheets, email chains, and good intentions. Meetings are minuted weeks late. Trust accounts are reconciled by hand. Owners chase PDFs they never receive. We built OurCommons because the people who run buildings deserve tools as good as the buildings they manage.
What we believe
Every lot owner should be able to see what's happening in their building. Every committee should be able to govern effectively. Every strata manager should have a platform that makes compliance easy, not another system to fight. OurCommons brings all three together — meetings, governance, trust accounting, and an AI assistant — in one place.
