OurCommons is built in Sydney. We're building strata software that strata managers actually like using, committees actually open, and owners actually pay through.

We started because strata software in Australia hasn't kept up with the rest of the world. The platforms are old. The workflows are punishing. Committees are kept in the dark. Owners chase answers over email. None of it has to be this hard.

Strata is a community of trust between the manager, the committee, the owners, and the building. The software should reinforce that trust, not strain it.
